DIW Garage Origin Story

Grew up in a barn converted to an autobody shop surrounded by Volvos, Mopars, and farmland. Ended up getting an engineering degree after 5 years of bad jobs. Fast forward a couple decades and the kids are getting older, I’ve scabbed together most of a shop and started putting together a cheap LS swapped old Volvo. Decided to trade some screen time for design and mockup time and here we are. I put a lot of thought into keeping it simple and cheap. The adapter plates are laser cut here in the states and finished up by hand by yours truly. All the fasteners are high grade and I’ve test fit all of it myself. I’d love it if you tried one out.
